Review : Bajaj Service Center, Kondapur, Hyderabad

I own a 2005 Jul Bajaj Pulsar 150 E/S. I am very satisfied with my bike, had no issues till date. Its  just I was never satisfied with the service offered by Rahul Bajaj Begumpet. Those guys suck… I can do a better servicing than them. They just get the bike washed, put an expensive Engine oil, even if you don’t want it, get everything that you don’t want to be done, perfectly On one such occasion I found couple of monograms missing, when I complained the same the reply that I got was “Aap agli baar kahi aur servicing ke liye de dijiye” :O I love my bike and didn’t want to get her serviced at un-authorized places, so had to go with these idiots.

Last month I moved from Begumpet to Madhapur, and last Sunday I gave my bike for servicing at Ultimate’s bike Service, Kondapur. The reception at the service station was warm, one of the technician took my bikeout for a test ride and came back with what he thought had to be serviced, and he was bang on. There were couple of nagging problems which Rahul Bajaj couldn’t fix over a period of 2 years, and now these guys promised me that they will be fixed. I gave them a long list of things to be done, including a battery change, teflon coating brake drum change and some other problems. While leaving the service station I was just thinking the service should not be worse than Rahul Bajaj

Got a call from Ultimate’s bike Service at 6.30 pm, “Sir your bike is ready, please collect it”. Hurriedly went over there, the bike looked spanking new, thanks to the teflon coating, it was done perfectly. Took the bike for a round and was surprised to see all nagging problems had been fixed !!! I was just delighted !!! The service was SUPERB !!! There was attention to every detail, everything was done just the way I asked them to do it. I loved the way the bike has been performing since then, now I don’t take the usual 2 kms route back home, I now take the 5.5 kms long route….
