Bangalore or Hyderabad ???

Its been quite sometime since I blogged. Well, here I am. 

Since a few days I am caught in a dilemma. Let me describe it briefly (which I seldom do). A few months back I went through a phase which most sotware engg must have been through, the phase of change where they try to prove their mettle by moving on to a different organization, the grass is always greener on the other side So, I too started the hunt, the hunt for a brighter future. Uploaded my resume job sites and kept  checking my phone every 2 mins, did I miss a call A few days and fewer interviews later the dream turned into a feat of nightmarish descisiveness. The phrase that turned all hopes sour was “Are u willing to relocate?”  

I have been here at Hyderabad, since my first job 4 years to be precise, I am like tuned to hyderabad. The thought of relocating doesn’t fit, I am just not able to decide !!! Six months earlier I was looking forward to buy a flat here at Hyd and settle down here, Bangalore was just not in the frame then. Now things are different, its like boss u want a better job get the hell out of Hyd. 

Bangalore is a proper metro. <-> Hyderabad will become one sometime down the line.

Jobs at Bangalore offer you better pay cheques <-> Cost of living is lesser at Hyderbad.

Bangalore is hip <-> Hyderabad is closer to home.

The list is simply never ending. 

I am a person who loves change and wants to see the world, but I just dont get the push to get me out of Hyderabad. Can some Hyderabadis or Bangaloreans, help me out?
